Designed in the futuristic style of the late 1950s Ruby Luna is a towering testament to that most ambitious of eras - the space age. Shooting skyward just a stones throw from the Altstadt the building was a giant leap in architectural terms when it was built in 1959 and still dominates downtown Dusseldorf.

Inspired by the optimism and energy of the time the bar features a blend of sleek lines and starbursts set off by playful pops of colour and bright chrome accents. Meanwhile the modern menu has you covered from the healthy breakfast and barista coffee right up to signature cocktails and tasty evening snacks.

Lunas rooms are all designed in our Lean Luxury style with a big comfy bed a rainfall shower and soft fluffy towels. Elegant curves and rounded corners mirror the buildings classic 1950s facade while the natural textures of rich dark wood panelling and luxurious hardwood floors meet a sleek modern icon in the shape of a Kartell lamp.

Carlsplatz Konigsallee the old town and the Rhine are all just minutes away while Benrather Strasse U-Bahn station is right outside. From there the airports a half-hour journey with a quick change at Dusseldorf-Bilk.
